Terms of Use for LovOn

These Terms of Use govern your use of LovOn. By using LovOn, you agree to these Terms.

LovOn Service

LovOn provides a private couple space where two matched partners can record love days, check in, send messages, use widgets, and optionally share distance, simple life status, and HealthKit-based summaries after permission.

LovOn is intended for personal, non-commercial use.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country or region, to use LovOn. If you are under the age of majority, you may use LovOn only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

Couple Space and Invite Codes

You may create or join a couple space using an invite code. You should only share an invite code with a person you know and who agrees to join your couple space.

You are responsible for your activity in your couple space. You may unbind a couple space through the app when you no longer want to remain connected.

Permissions and Optional Features

Some features require optional iOS permissions:

• Location permission for couple distance and shared location status
• HealthKit permission for health summary sharing
• Photo library or camera permission for avatar selection
• Notification permission for app notifications, if available

If you deny or later revoke permissions, related features may not work.

Health and Location Disclaimer

LovOn is not a medical, health care, emergency, or safety service. Health summaries are for personal awareness only and are not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for professional care.

LovOn is not an emergency location service. Location and distance information may be delayed, unavailable, or inaccurate due to device settings, network conditions, GPS limitations, or permission settings.

User Content

You are responsible for messages, avatars, nicknames, and other content you submit. You agree not to submit content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, hateful, discriminatory, or defamatory
• Violates another person's privacy, intellectual property, or other rights
• Contains explicit sexual content involving minors or non-consensual content
• Encourages self-harm, violence, or illegal activity
• Contains malware, spam, or attempts to disrupt the service

We may remove content, restrict access, or take other action if we believe these Terms are violated or if required by law.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use LovOn to monitor, harass, stalk, or harm another person
• Share invite codes with people who did not agree to join your couple space
• Attempt to access another user's account, data, or couple space without permission
• Reverse engineer, attack, overload, or interfere with LovOn systems
• Use LovOn for commercial surveillance, advertising, scraping, or data mining

Privacy

Your use of LovOn is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is collected, used, and shared.

Third-Party Services

LovOn may rely on third-party services such as maps, cloud hosting, Apple system frameworks, and notification services. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

Changes or Suspension

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features of LovOn. We may also suspend or restrict access if needed for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or service maintenance.

No Warranty

LovOn is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate, or available at all times.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LovOn and its developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the app.

Termination

You may stop using LovOn at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, or misuse the service.
